Refund Policy

VAKTRON
Effective Date: 1 January 2025

At VAKTRON, we stand behind the quality of our boating navigation products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Return Process

Email info@vaktron.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your return.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at returns@vaktron.com.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Opened or used software/digital products
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
